This very one-of-a-kind coffee table features an intricate cut-and-fit stone image inlaid into a stunning live-edge slab of Buckeye burlwood set on a redwood root burl base, and is both functional and an eye-catching art piece. The hundreds of natural stones, from travertines, marbles, quartzites, granites, and sandstones, are protected against food and drink stains with a lacquer-based, impregnating sealer and the wood is finished with a high gloss clear epoxy resin. The table top can be easily detached from the base and is light enough to be displayed on a wall, if preferred.
